  Bass Pro Shop on Woodruff is truly a store that cares about customers that walk through their doors. The Manager of the store, JD helped me get a product I was interested in. I had spoken to him my phone, he understood the position I was in, and instructed me to come into the store and to ask for his Assistant Manager Chuck and he would take care of me. I did return to the store on Woodruff Rd on Saturday 4/18. Chuck took cate of me, and went above and beyond the help I had expected to receive. This store want to keep the customer, and if willing to put the customer First.

  They don’t take Apple Pay. Multiple employees trying to get me to join the Club or asking me about their vacation program.

  Waited in line for half an hour to get my fishing license before I went elsewhere. You would think for a hunting and fishing store they would have more than one area to obtain licenses .

  Put my information in to get contacted about buying a new boat at the beginning of Feb during the sales and never got a single email or call so ended up buying a used boat instead. Would definitely had preferred the new bass tracker pro 170 but not unhappy with my purchase considering if they can’t reach back out like they say who says they will if you have issues
