    I used to come into this Citi trends all the time never had any issues up until yesterday December 4, I decided to go into Citi trends to get a couple of things However, when I was up at the register to check out, Michelle was the manager‘s name and the way that she treated one of her employees was disrespectful and very unprofessional, and you could definitely feel the harassment. There was another lady who was checking me out during this time, and she just stood there, allowing it to happen and then got mad at the girl for wanting to take a step outside after just being embarrassed like that after I checked out I go outside after checking out and I talked to the girl she has blonde hair And she kept on apologizing to me for her being unprofessional however, she was not the problem, and 2 other customers also made sure she was alright as well. After just a few seconds of talking with her, Michelle proceeds to come outside and tries to get onto her about coming inside or telling her she can go home and like I told her to her face, you are very unprofessional and this is Harassment to this employee This store needs to do better at treating their employees with some respect, and needs to take another training course at being professional in a work place. This truly was a disappointment will not be going back to this store. Will be looking into further actions for this Manager
