I returned the first purchase, which my return was applied as a credit to my second purchase and not put back on my credit card, did it as an in-store credit. When I discovered this I returned my 2nd purchase because this was very crooked on their part. Then when I requested a refund Sun Glass Hut put me off an entire week. Telling me they were having trouble with their computers upon doing the refund back to my credit card. I even reached out to my credit card company and they told me they would help assist sunglass hut, but the representative at sunglass hut refused that help. At the end of the week they finally did a credit back into my credit card but only refunded the 2nd purchase only, not the original 1st purchase, they told me that’s just how it is. I think it’s very crooked on their part because I am left owing a balance of $220 and I don’t even have sunglasses.They owed me back a total of nearly 500$, but only refunded me half of that! I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and I am telling everyone how SunGlass Hut does the customer - very crooked shady business. I will never step foot inside this place ever again based upon the service I received. And I will tell everyone else the type of customer service they give, very crooked, shady business. I hope that I get the balance credited back to my credit card account because I have filed a dispute. Everyone needs to know prior to going in to sunglass hut and making a purchase. Beware!
