  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This outlet mall is NOT small-business friendly. The owners take little to no accountability for what goes on inside their buildings and place nearly all responsibility on the tenant. Communication is inconsistent and unreliable, which makes doing business here extremely stressful. Many of the structures also appear outdated and not up to code, and once a tenant moves in, the financial burden of fixing issues is pushed onto the small business owner. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend leasing from the Yellow Mall in Gaffney, SC, and I would never invest my money into a business owned and managed this irresponsibly. The businesses here are not the problem — they are doing their best. The issue is the ownership/management. Whoever is responsible for running this property should not be in charge. On top of that, the way local law enforcement handles issues involving businesses in this area has also been frustrating. Instead of focusing on protecting the community and supporting fair business practices, it often feels like unnecessary pressure is placed on business owners, with loopholes being used rather than real solutions. I strongly encourage people to boycott this location until management changes, the property is properly maintained, and small businesses are treated fairly and legally. Small businesses deserve better than being set up to fail.
