I was told the dressing room was not available. It wasn't broken, they just didn't open it. Every other store's dressing room was available. The staff I interacted with at this store was not friendly nor helpful. Considering it was Black Friday, there were not a lot of people there. I ended buying pants at Brooks Brothers.
