  Terrible experience. I made two purchases. I returned the first purchase, which my return was applied as a credit to my second purchase and not put back on my credit card, did it as an in-store credit. When I discovered this I returned my 2nd purchase because this was very crooked on their part. Then when I requested a refund Sun Glass Hut put me off an entire week. Telling me they were having trouble with their computers upon doing the refund back to my credit card. I even reached out to my credit card company and they told me they would help assist sunglass hut, but the representative at sunglass hut refused that help. At the end of the week they finally did a credit back into my credit card but only refunded the 2nd purchase only, not the original 1st purchase, they told me that’s just how it is. I think it’s very crooked on their part because I am left owing a balance of $220 and I don’t even have sunglasses.They owed me back a total of nearly 500$, but only refunded me half of that! I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and I am telling everyone how SunGlass Hut does the customer - very crooked shady business. I will never step foot inside this place ever again based upon the service I received. And I will tell everyone else the type of customer service they give, very crooked, shady business. I hope that I get the balance credited back to my credit card account because I have filed a dispute. Everyone needs to know prior to going in to sunglass hut and making a purchase. Beware!

  If you are in the market for sunglasses, go here and ask for Kim! I went in there by the recommendation of a friend and was told to shop in the clearance section because I’m not wanting to spend $200 on sunglasses. Kim helped me find several different pairs I liked. I found one marked 60% off then when she rang it up it only Registered 30% off. Kim was able to hold them for me while she helped other customers. After she got a free moment she made several phone calls and was able to honor the 60%. Kim is new to selling sunglasses but she has over 30 years experience in retail and she knows what she is doing. I also highly recommend buying the sunglasses cleaner kit for $10, you can bring the bottle back to any sunglass hut and they will refill it for free. Just driving home I already noticed a huge difference compared to my cheap pair of sunglasses from another store.

  I'm not sure why there are 2 different Sunglass Hut stores in one marketplace, but I am certainly glad that this is the one that I visited. The young lady that was working was an absolute pleasure. I was originally just in to waste some time looking at sunglasses while I waited on my wife to catch up, but we ended up spending close to 45 minutes in the store trying on lots of different styles and ultimately purchasing a pair of Burberry folding sunglasses. Had the staff not been so warm and inviting or had been overly pushy and sales pitchy, I would have left with nothing. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend anyone swing by and check them out.
