  Terrible experience. I made two purchases. I returned the first purchase, which my return was applied as a credit to my second purchase and not put back on my credit card, did it as an in-store credit. When I discovered this I returned my 2nd purchase because this was very crooked on their part. Then when I requested a refund Sun Glass Hut put me off an entire week. Telling me they were having trouble with their computers upon doing the refund back to my credit card. I even reached out to my credit card company and they told me they would help assist sunglass hut, but the representative at sunglass hut refused that help. At the end of the week they finally did a credit back into my credit card but only refunded the 2nd purchase only, not the original 1st purchase, they told me that’s just how it is. I think it’s very crooked on their part because I am left owing a balance of $220 and I don’t even have sunglasses.They owed me back a total of nearly 500$, but only refunded me half of that! I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and I am telling everyone how SunGlass Hut does the customer - very crooked shady business. I will never step foot inside this place ever again based upon the service I received. And I will tell everyone else the type of customer service they give, very crooked, shady business. I hope that I get the balance credited back to my credit card account because I have filed a dispute. Everyone needs to know prior to going in to sunglass hut and making a purchase. Beware!

  Great customer service and was very professional and polite about their mask policy upon entry. We got a great deal on several pair of glasses from Kavon! This was the 4900 store and Kavon was great!

  Today my family and I went to this establishment and the person working there was very rude. Told me that i was not able to come into the store and shop because i did not have a mask. Keep in mind there was another group of people in the store not wearing masks, but had them in their hands. This employee called security on me because i pointed out the fact that he was going to have to enforce this rule to everyone in the store not just myself. He proceeded to tell me that I was not above the rules and I needed to wear a mask. I cannot help, but to feel like I was racially discriminated because I am Irish and the other patrons in this store were of different ethnicities. Also because the other group was males and I am a female and he thought that I was going to not stand up for my constitutional rights to shop where I please. This company also did not have the proper permits or equipment to require every patron to wear masks.

  The gentleman in the store was very nice. The store was clean and well put together. They have a good selection of sunglasses. This was my first visit to this location.
