It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. She truly went above and beyond to help me, handling everything with a level of kindness and efficiency that you just don't see every day. Lisa just didn't meet my expectations-she completely exceeded them. It is clear that she takes great pride in her work and her store. Because of her, I will definitely be a returning customer.

- T4Tiffanymickles 48Dec 28, 20251.0Very bad customer service and the Management is very disrespectful and rude I advise no one to shop here and have to deal with what I dealt with involving someone who supposed to run the store she is very nasty and her mouth is awful and she thinks it’s ok to talk to people any way idk if it’s a racial thing or what but it’s the lady with the short cut hair very long fingernails and she’s either biracial or white , black idk but she’s very unprofessional and as long as she works there I advise no one not to shop there or things could turn very ugly…….

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I had there and I am a multiple time a year shopper at Michael Kors. I absolutely will spend my money at Kate Spade from now on. No employee should be creating an uninviting experience regardless of your hours of operation even thought the website said the store was open later. Awful experience.
