Absolutely one of the worst experiences I had there and I am a multiple time a year shopper at Michael Kors. I absolutely will spend my money at Kate Spade from now on. No employee should be creating an uninviting experience regardless of your hours of operation even thought the website said the store was open later. Awful experience.
