Two of us went in to get waterproof hiking shoes. There were two very friendly staffers who were extremely patient and helpful in finding good shoes in the correct sizes for us.

I do not enjoy writing reviews but I figure if the store doesn't get honest feedback how can we expect them to get any better at customer service. My experience today was less than impressive. I went in on Monday morning around 11am, the store was empty for the most part. I knew exactly what I wanted, I had been gun shopping online and in gun stores for weeks. It was gonna be a quick easy sell for someone. Grab the Colt Anaconda and the Colt Kodiak out of the cabinet, do the paperwork and ring me up how easy is that. Then comes the problem, there were two old guys (working?) behind the counter. One talking to a guy about hunting, the other one wearing a mask wondering around. When I walked up to the revolver counter the one with the mask pretended not to see me and ducked into the back room. The other one talking to his buddy never acknowledged me. After standing at the counter or a while I even walked down by him and his hunting buddy (who never looked at a gun the entire time I was there) seemed to get annoyed that I was standing near them while the discussed hunting. After a while another customer walked up and had the same experience that I did. The masked guy came out walked to one of the cases and hauled butt back to his back room. Meanwhile the other customer gave up and left. I was more persistent I waited around for 20 minutes. Still I was invisible as they discussed hunting and still never looked at a gun. Finally I realized they were goig to out wait me and I gave up and left. It's not a big deal, I'm sure another gun store will be happy to take my money and provide me some customer service and the pistols I want. My suggestion is you should put these guys on commission sales. That way they will be more willing to help customers and save the hunting talk with their buddies for after work. I understand its hard to find good help but bad employees will cost you business.

Hilton vacation bullies tried multiple times to make me look at their sales pitch. Thought I would have to get ugly so we left. Gave up and left without new fishing gear.

Walked in to make a firearm purchase and left less than 10mins after arriving because we were being followed around by 3 pushy sales employees. I said multiple times NO THANK YOU I DONT WANT A FISH PEN and they continued to follow me and my boyfriend around. It made us very uncomfortable and we won’t be back to this store. It’s a shame because we’ve made some great purchases there in the past and it used to be very comfortable to shop in
