  I came in the store and I did not know what to get for a company dinner and Mulana ( Lana) and Kaitlyn the assistant manager were awesome. You can tell they love what they do. I was able to purchase shoes and a dress that was perfect for the occasion. They deserve their own store.

  My first experience here was great. The employees were so nice and extremely helpful. Unfortunately my second time going in I do not have the same experience. I had 5-6 items in hand and asked to go in a fitting room. A very nice employee put me in one and right as I got done trying them on, another employee opened the door on me. No knock, no anything. There was a customer with her. I said ummm I’m in here! (Thankfully I had just got done getting dressed and was putting my shoes on) she looked at me, turned around to the next stall and laughed. I get that accidents happen, and if she would have just apologized I wouldn’t have been upset. But this girl literally laughed in my face and continued on. I had 3 things I was going to buy but no thanks. I went up to the register to a third lady. Probably not the manager (I hope not) and let her know the situation. I am never the type to do this, but it literally baffled me. I said “hey btw I just got walked in on in the fitting room” her exact words were “ok…” I said “… by one of your employees… and nothing was said to me.” She asked me if the door was closed. Yes?? She starts to say “well there’s supposed to be a number on the door and if you put yourself in there without assistance…” um no maam another employee put me in there. I’m guessing the doors don’t lock but it’s the employees responsibility to put a number up there to let others know someone’s in there. Idk if she did or not, but I saw her grab a number before putting me in there. either way that wouldn’t be my fault because I was put in there and my items were counted. All the lady did after I said that was throw her hands up and gave me a half apology. She was rude from the moment I started talking to her. Please be more like the first employee, and have a little respect. Thank you.

  Soooo thankful for their manager Tawanda. Me and my daughter were so last minute with prom stuff it was crazy. We search everywhere for shoes couldn’t find any. She helped me look for some and I found a pair but didn’t have her size in the back. She went to check the mannequin and BOOM it was on the mannequin. This lady took the mannequin off the rack and took the shoes off for me. Saved the day. I was so tired of looking. She was very patient with me because, I wasn’t trying to be rude but, I was on FaceTime with my daughter trying to make sure she liked the jewelry and the shoes I saw. She was helping two indecisive people at once, even made some suggestions🤣🤣. Very helpful. Thank you Ms. Tawanda, keep up the great work! I went to Windsor in NC first and the service doesn’t compare. In NC no one helped me at all. They just stood there starring. Should have went to Florence first!

  Went here for some last minute dresses; the sales associate Tawanda was an angel to us! She helped me out so much with a discount which made my total way more affordable!
