- YPYolanda PendergassFeb 12, 20265.0I would just like to say the Gentleman named Brandon that is at Lane Bryant in Florence Store is awesome. He gave me the HER experience today. When I came in he was the only person to greet me. There was another lady in there but she was on her phone and I asked her for help and she blew me off but he didn’t. I was having a really rough day and just wanted to treat myself to some new items for my closet and he took the time to ask me what was going on and picked out some really cute outfits that I never would have thought went together but when I tired them on wow they looked amazing! I just want to say he should be on your instagram page or something because he is awesome the outfits he had on was 10 out of 10 plus now I feel like I’m a 10/10. Have an amazing Valentines Brandon and I hope you get that store management position because you’re killing it!

A young lady named Bre was so very helpful and pleasant. She went above and beyond to make sure not only did we receive the help we needed but that we were informed and respected. It's not often you find that kind of customer service. We appreciate you Bre. You be Blessed.

There was a new lady being trained and the lady training her did a great job at being patient and walking her thought my return and reordering. Great store experience. Got measured and everything that I came in for was taken care of with a smile.
