The new building is nice that they recently moved in downtown Florence, but I feel attitudes shouldn't be given when a customer calls to get directions because they (edible arrangements) don't have a sign yet (which is not my fault) so you have to to look for a small sign with 3 balloons along with given attitude from one of their rude employees. However, Korey (the manger) was more polite, but god knows it took it all of a good 5 (maybe more) minutes to find change to break a $100 bill. Yes, it was 9:00 in the morning, but I've been a manager before and usually shifts are started off with at least enough money in the register (or safe) to break $100 bill. It's a must that I review my reviews about company's more before choosing to doing business with them.
