- TFTodd FinkMar 24, 20261.0Ordered an arrangement for 3/21 delivery. It never showed. 3/23 part of my order arrived and wasn’t fresh. I assume it was made on 3/21, and sat in the cooler until 3/23. The plush cupcake I also paid for wasn’t delivered. The manager told me if it wasn’t delivered on time, it should’ve been trashed and a new one made- but she couldn’t guarantee it happened. She also said deliveries outside of Florence are made via third party- this was not disclosed when I made my order. She told me she would look into why I didn’t receive my entire order, but was too busy making orders to check that day. She told me she would call me back that evening or the next morning. She never did. EA headquarters said I had to follow up with the local store because they are locally owned and operated. I disputed the charge with my cc company, and they immediately reimbursed me.

DELICIOUS 😋 😋 Follow up review to my first review. Originally I gave the 5 stars. It seems they had the store in order when I first started going there. But now it has changed. They no longer have any cups available for purchase in the morning like they use to. Now I have to call ahead to order cups and I normally use to pay in-store, now they tell me if pay in-store I have to wait for a while for them to make the cups. But when I pay over the phone I still have to wait an hour! I looovveee their fruits but doubt I'll order from them again!
