As I walked up, I heard you tell her to wait a moment, and then all because my daughter kept whining asking me for jelly belly’s and touching the bag, you told the woman AGAIN to wait a moment so you could then wait to fix the products on the shelf where my daughter was even though she only picked up the bag of Jelly Belly’s. Do us all a favor and take care of the customers rather than worried about fixing products on a shelf. Also, maybe you should listen when customers speak as you tried to ring me up twice for a pair of socks and wanted to argue with me that it was both of my dresses I was purchasing and not a dupe scan of a pack of socks that I can clearly see you scanned twice. She said to me “this is the price of it” refusing to scan it for me. Then proceeds to say “do you want it or not” … I said “keep it.” It’s free to be nice but takes a lot of energy to be nasty. Also, the white couple who was behind me got greeted with “hey how are yall today? Did y’all find everything okay?” Hmmm let’s just say if a company is allowing nasty unprofessional behavior like this it will fail eventually because customers don’t shop at places with bad customer service. I was in customer service for 10 years and when a customer is nice I’m nice. She was older so it wasn’t any excuse.
