She said to me “this is the price of it” refusing to scan it for me. Then proceeds to say “do you want it or not” … I said “keep it.” It’s free to be nice but takes a lot of energy to be nasty. Also, the white couple who was behind me got greeted with “hey how are yall today? Did y’all find everything okay?” Hmmm let’s just say if a company is allowing nasty unprofessional behavior like this it will fail eventually because customers don’t shop at places with bad customer service. I was in customer service for 10 years and when a customer is nice I’m nice. She was older so it wasn’t any excuse.
