I had a ring that was no longer round due to wear and tear (i guess I'm a little rough🫣). He made it round again AND polished it to look BRAND NEW!!! He did it all with an amazing smile on his face. Very friendly and personable. Thanks Jason!!!!🥰 You ROCK!!!!

I never received said call so I went in today (about 2 weeks later) for a status check and they gave the watch back but nothing was removed!! I will say customer service is top notch though each person I spoke to was very kind and welcoming.
