    Ayana went above and beyond to help me in trying to get my sunglasses replaced via the warranty that I purchased with them. Despite my lack of knowledge regarding the warranty and the fact that I had bought them in Canada. She went above and beyond to help me understand where I could find my specific model of sunglasses to get them replaced as well as helped me understand the warranty that I had on them. She was an absolute angel and I can't recommend this store enough. 5/5 stars.

    I had an extended issue with a spare parts order that was supposed to be sent here from another location but never arrived. Though the other location could not find the parts and they were not available for order, Lakeisha went above and beyond to find an alternative. She was patient and polite throughout the entire process and fixed my sunglasses on the spot. Thank you!
