  The photography studio staff seemed annoyed when we told them we had a Groupon and when we did not buy the entire photo package. Kind of got rude and it was our first pictures with the Easter Bunny with my new grandson

  DONT EVER GO HERE TO TAKE PORTRAITS THEY RUSHED THE PHOTO SHOOT AND THE PHOTOGRAPHER WAS SO RUDE I ASK TO LOOK AT THE PICTURE BEFORE SHE SNAPPED ANOTHER PIC SHE REFUSED

  Just close it already. Let someone else have the space. They don't have hardly anything, terrible selection, and the employees are closing the store over an hour prior to the actual closing. They will watch you go to a door that they have locked over an hour before they're closing and then turn around and only tell you what door to go out of when you've already walked across the whole store to go out the front. Staff does not seem very involved in the business time for you guys to pack it on up

  I had a newborn photo shoot on 3/2 at 11am right when the store opened and had a stroller and a newborn ready waiting at the locked doors. A woman came and opened the door and I waited for her to unlock the door I was at and she opened the door, I said “hi, good morning” she cut me off when she opened the door and rudely told me “that door is open.” Kind of thinking she saw I had my hands full with a stroller and a baby, she would help me get the door she opened in front of me open for me. No. She was just rude. I started to ask where the photo department was and she cut me off AGAIN and said “all the way to the left.” I passed 2 employees and just got the feeling that they didn’t want to be greeted. The lady in the photography department was 5 stars though. She did amazing at helping me get some great photos of my new baby and I would go back just to see her again.
