  Alexia was very helpful and patient with helping me picking out my 18th birthday outfit, I absolutely love it! All of the employees were super sweet as well :)

  Shout out to the manager Robin!! This lady is amazing. I don’t know how she does it. I took my daughter to find a homecoming dress. The store was packed with people. Robin helped us and every other customer in that store while checking people out at the register. I’m beyond grateful to her 🫶

  Shopped here for a prom dress. I had bought one online that I didn’t like, so we went in store to return it. Despite it being past the period of time for a refund, the lady refunded us anyways. I eventually found a nice black dress 👍

  Customer service is good, nice family owned store, BUT their return policy is ridiculous "no returns or exchanges on special occasion items" dresses or jewelry...apparently, everything they sale is "special occasion". This is a nice mall, nice store, but they don't care about their clients. This is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. Heck, other stores in the mall have similar items and friendlier return policies...Dillard's, Belk, are more expensive, but better quality and have a great return policy. That being said, they have great taste in selection, very metropolitan, buyer beware, NO RETURNS!!!
