And because of the connection they didn't get the payment so tried my bfs card. It got charged as well and was told that the charge on mine should drop Saturday. However it hasn't. Hopefully by Monday it would be. Answered questions and any concerns we had.
- CBChristopher BrownFeb 12, 20255.0Ok let me start off by saying I’m a guy that believes in being no time so on arrival which was maybe 15 or 20 minutes early I noticed as I was pulling up Mr. Ron was pulling in as well and immediately he greeted us with professionalism’s got all my information immediately and started installing the IID, which probably took maybe an hour and 30 minutes, maybe two but during the wait, Me and my daughter had these Amazing videos Mr Ron had for us to watch on how to use the material while we wait and plenty of water to drink. Once Mr. Ron was done He trained me on how to use the equipment. and we gave our farewells Great customer service skills

How often does my Ignition Interlock Device need to be serviced?

What do I need for removal?
Requirements will differ by state, but generally your state authority must grant removal authorization before you can have your IID removed. You will then need to fill out the Device Removal Request form on our website and upload any official documentation that may be required to authorize the removal.
Do I need an Interlock Device on all of my vehicles?
Some states will require that you have an Ignition Interlock Device installed on all cars registered to you, but most states will just require that whichever vehicle you drive have an IID installed. Check with your state authority to see if you will need an IID installed on all of your cars.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.
Can I unplug my Ignition Interlock?

Can someone else drive my car?
