One female tried to sell me the purse, but her co-worker was staring me down and judging my purse!! I love to go into these designer stores dressed bummy to see the response I get from employees. They all had their noses turned up so I left. Cyber Monday came and I bought my purse from another store for less than half the price and wasn't judged at all. They were happy to get my money. I won't return to this store except to walk by with my new purse.

She didn’t have the dresses at her location but said she would try to find them for me. She located both dresses and provided me with the information to contact the stores to arrange a charge send. The kindness and complete follow up was absolutely Fantastic! She provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! She’s truly an asset to the Michael Kors company. She should be a Customer Service Specialist!
