They almost never answer the phones and if they do they put you on hold, either because the manager doesn't have time for you or because they don't care. I was on hold for about half an hour until I finally hung up and came in instead. I waited forty minutes and tried to complain to a short red haired girl who could've cared less. Fruit didn't look very fresh or taste very fresh. Never using them again. Worst experience with edible arrangements ever.
