My husband ordered a dozen roses and chocolate-covered strawberries from Edible Arrangements and had them delivered today. When I removed the roses from the bag, they were clearly dyed and in poor condition. Immediately, 29 petals and 2 leaves fell off. This was not minor shedding — the flowers were visibly damaged upon arrival. They were several that were brown. I contacted the store and spoke with the manager, Wyatt. He asked me to send photos, which I did promptly via email. After reviewing them, he called me back and stated there was nothing he could do because the roses did not meet their refund requirements. When I asked for clarification, he explained that since the flowers were delivered and “come out the back like that,” they did not qualify for a refund. That explanation makes no sense. I understand normal shedding of one or two petals, but nearly 30 petals and multiple leaves falling off immediately is unacceptable. I requested to speak with his manager or someone at corporate, and he told me there was no one else I could speak with. I am currently on the phone with customer service because this situation is unreasonable. Paying $160 for damaged, shedding flowers is unacceptable.

I received what was a thoughtful bereavement gift from good friends the week of Christmas from the St Andrews store. The gift included both a fruit arrangement and flowers. More than 1/2 of the flowers in the large arrangement were delivered dead. Things happen….I called and left a message at the store AND sent a email to customer service to give them a chance to make things right. I’m posting this review b/c I never heard back - unacceptable. I was a frequent EA customer and have ordered in several states. This experience as the gift recipient changes that and going forward I’ll choose a different company. I’m also going to tell my friends who paid for it to work to get a refund since the store never bothered to reply to my calls and email. When you care enough to send a thoughtful and expensive gift to a loved one, you should be able to expect quality. When quality slips, expect good customer service. I got neither. Do better.

Visited location today, ordered 2banana dipped cones and 2 pineapple pops. They were very good, but she she told me 20 mins, it took her a whole hour to do my order. Seemed to be the only person in the store working. My kids WERE NOT happy with that wait time considering we have other things to do today.
