I received what was a thoughtful bereavement gift from good friends the week of Christmas from the St Andrews store. The gift included both a fruit arrangement and flowers. More than 1/2 of the flowers in the large arrangement were delivered dead. Things happen….I called and left a message at the store AND sent a email to customer service to give them a chance to make things right. I’m posting this review b/c I never heard back - unacceptable. I was a frequent EA customer and have ordered in several states. This experience as the gift recipient changes that and going forward I’ll choose a different company. I’m also going to tell my friends who paid for it to work to get a refund since the store never bothered to reply to my calls and email. When you care enough to send a thoughtful and expensive gift to a loved one, you should be able to expect quality. When quality slips, expect good customer service. I got neither. Do better.

Visited location today, ordered 2banana dipped cones and 2 pineapple pops. They were very good, but she she told me 20 mins, it took her a whole hour to do my order. Seemed to be the only person in the store working. My kids WERE NOT happy with that wait time considering we have other things to do today.

Placed an order for $133 of birthday favors for my wife's birthday. Gave them plenty of time to process the order. Specified early morning delivery. It's 3 PM and no delivery. Cannot get a person on the phone. I say never again for me and you should not order from them either.

There's no issue with the product, just an off-putting experience in the store. I've never ordered pick-up before, but given I was driving past the store anyway that day, I figured I might as well order ahead and pick-up instead of having it delivered like I normally would. That's when I was asked for photo ID. Like, seriously? It's a $50 fruit basket ordered for pickup at the time I arrived under the name I gave you, and you want me to show photo ID to pick it up? For what? Papa John's doesn't ask for ID, my favourite Chinese place doesn't ask for ID, and as far as I'm aware, if I had it delivered, you would have just dumped it on the front desk of the business I sent it too as quick as it took for the receptionist (who wouldn't have had to provide ID) to have say "yeah, they work here." Nothing in my order confirmation email said you must have photo ID to purchase fruit, so I'm guessing this is some annoying store policy instead of it coming from corporate.
