Seemed to be the only person in the store working. My kids WERE NOT happy with that wait time considering we have other things to do today.

Order tracker states they have not even begun to prepare it. Store will not answer the phone and can’t hit the submit button online for a refund. I’d really like to speak with the owner. I ended up going to the location and the best answer she could give me was that they received over 300 orders and mine had not even been started on. They should do a cutoff # for holidays knowing they cant fulfill the orders. A refund was requested, now I'll just wait to see if it comes thru
