My wife and I came into grab a button up shirt or two. When we arrived the only associate in the building was on the phone. Out of the 4 customers she interacted with 1. She never even spoke to the others to include my wife and I. After looking around and waiting for atleast some type of acknowledgement for atleast 30 mins. I decide on just one shirt went to the counter to pay. Even then she barely spoke during my transaction or the customer before mine. She acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Not sure what her issue was but her customer service is lacking or maybe she only gives service certain types of individuals. DXL definitely needs to do better.

They went beyond helping my husband find the right shirt & pressed it before leaving. Store was very clean and organized. They were funny-folding as we finished looking at shirts. Even showed us how they fold.
