Rude and unprofessional. Came to this location at 8:40 pm, just to get a belt, and there was a small, lighter complexion female with a curly wig, blocking the door to enter. She would not let me in even though they didn’t close until 9 pm. I would’ve literally been in and out the store in less than 5 minutes (well before they actually closed!) This is the 2nd time this has happened. They do not honor the listed store hours at all!

Manager Danielle rude and unprofessional at st andrew location but mainly at west beltline location. Danielle make a customer feel unwanted to shop. customer service you are paid to be nice and not paid to keep it real. Danielle needs to coach for behavior with customers. I will write a review for performance until Danielle behavior is corrected.

I was there last week searching for my 2year a coat. I found a nice name brand coat . Noticed that they had custumes and wanted to try on one. I noticed that the shirt had red clothing die on it , which had rubbed off of the skirt onto the shirt. When i got to the front i pointed the clothing die out to the cashier, she signaled the manager and rudely said the manager said "we arnt discounting it. I looked at the manager which was half way across the room and i was puzzled. She loudly and rudely said we arnt taking anything off of the custume. I was embarassed because she said it loudly and rudely. I said to her in a lower voice can you step over here and look at whats in the bag because its also missing a piece. She walked over and rudely started removing the stuff from the bag. She noticed the discoloration on the white shirt and rudely said oh thats just the color from the skirt which has rubbed off on the shirt. Which is what i had already told her. The manager there is a rude lady named Peggy.. she Is loud inconsiderate and rude her behavior was as if she was having a bad day. Cititrends does have nice clothing however if you would prefer great customer service cititrend on beltline is not the store to visit. Im not saying this because she noticed the discoloration and ignored it. Im saying the customer service was rude because the cashier yelled across the room and the manager responded with an even louder and rude response may i remind you.the cititrend on beltline has at least 20 customers or more everytime i visit. When she yelled rudely across the room all eyes were on me. I spent $50. I felt cheated and embarrased. I purchased the custome any how because i really liked It. RUDE , RUDE, RUDE, RUDE
