  Our wait was over! Excellent experience from start to finish. The store is beautiful and welcoming, and Jason was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. After visiting a couple of times, left with exactly what was wanted and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend MP Demetre to anyone looking for quality pieces and outstanding customer service.   Finally, I received my dream watch. I really can't say enough about the amazing experience I had at Demetre Jewelers, particularly with their awesome Sales Manager, Jason. Owner himself is there if you have any questions. This is my second purchase. Absolutely amazing customer service, very welcoming experience from the lady at the desk to guard. If you're in the market for a nice watch or piece of jewelry and want the absolute best customer experience possible, look no further! Thank you so much

  My brother was visiting us in November '25. He needed his watch battery replaced. He chose this store due to their reviews. Poor choice as our experience was not anywhere worthy of the good reviews. We were greeted by a young blonde woman, who directed us to a young man who tried to sound sophisticated, but was not. I told the woman I would window-shop the jewelry while my brother's (high end) watch battery was changed. She not once approached me to make a sale, but did leave to get an iced coffee. While she was out, I approached the man at the podium to ask if they stock new Rolexes, he said they do not, nor did he say they could order them. Back to the watch battery. The young man brought the watch out after changing the battery. He had not set the time, nor the date, worst of all it was covered with greasy fingerprints. My brother is germophobic especially when traveling so we noticed this. We asked if he had a jeweler's cloth to clean it up with. "No but you can buy one on Amazon" was his reply. Both dumbfounded, we asked again if he could he please go over the watch with a cloth because it had fingerprints all over it. "No but you can buy a cloth on Amazon". Even if this young man thought the watch already had the prints on it (which it did not), a professional establishment would have cleaned it up and set it for us as a courtesy.
