    Had good selections. Found what we were looking for, ear protection for shooting. They had a lot of guns and gun accessories.

    They have a wide variety of fishing, hunting, camping and hiking gear. Unfortunately many of the prices on the products are not correct, and you don’t find out until you are getting rung up at the register.

    The store is rapidly dropping in quality lately. Things out of stock for long periods of time. Closed for weather because it got cold one day, despite it being bright and sunny. It’s like they’re desperately trying to get people to stop shopping here.

    Are y’all going out of business? If so, this is literally the longest and slowest disappearance of what used to be a relevant store. If not…goodness. Y’all need to get your management to do SOMETHING. Every time we go, it looks worse. It looks emptier. The amount of empty slots is astonishing. Also, you’re a hunting store. And there is NEVER any hunting camo in regular sizes. And if your kid likes hunting, good luck. They don’t get camo. Want to fish? Good luck finding anything in stock. But they did have old Christmas signage just thrown on the empty displays, so there’s that. The bathrooms are always featuring a broken paper towel holder, and the only way to get the soap to dispense is by hitting it. This is a dismal excuse for an outdoors store. This store used to be something special. I don’t know what caused the change, but it’s been slowly over the course of the last 9 months. The store is a dump every time I shop here. They’ve pulled the inviting chairs from the front. They blocked off the ability for kids to see the mountain. They took everything that made this store special and got rid of it. Then they replaced it with empty shelves and illogical product selection. We only stop in now when we have no other choice, and even then, we usually end up leaving empty handed. Even the employees, who used to seem happy and did their best to help, seem defeated. We walked by 4 of them, including what seemed to be a manager, and not a single one even smiled, much less said hello. I’ll got to PSA or make the drive to Bass Pro from now on.
