First off I would like to say that when it comes to customer service, Bradley is the best. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I was looking for a product and it wasn't anywhere to be found. Bradley looked high and low and never gave up until the item was found. He should get 5 stars just for himself. As far as the store, great products as usual and good prices.

Cool store, nice people. I really appreciated the help they gave me when I first went in there to buy some boots. I spent an hour deciding between three pairs. I read reviews across the board. In the end I got the ones that were the most expensive. They had the composite toe, the electrical resistance, the waterproofing etc. It cost $220. Just over a month later a clasp on the side of the boot broke so that they could not be tied well anymore. The boots dont feel right now and dont look right. $200 and a walmart quality issue from the brand ARIAT. Sportsman's Warehouse told me that there's only a 30-day return policy. I was almost at 2 months. So be advised that this might not be the best place to get boots if warranties and guarantees on the quality are an issue for you. My understanding was that since they are a representative for this brand that they might have a way to reach back out to the brand for me to make this right. I was mistaken. They told me that I was over the 30 days so tough luck and goodbye. Makes me sad because I was recommending everybody to go there to buy boots. I had such a good time. At this point in time I'm still awaiting on ARIAT to be the ones that get back to me. Here's hoping.

I have all my toys shipped here for pickup. They take good care of them until your able to come pick up, and they work diligently to get you on your way(although the paperwork process inevitably takes some time).

Came here to pick up an expensive rod through an online order and had issues communicating with the employees. Talked to the manager Lori who told us the order didn’t go through even though our card was charged $250 for it. She wasn’t helpful, was passive aggressive, and wandered off before completing the conversation, leaving us more confused. A cashier noticed we were having issues, checked his computer and was able to cancel the order so we could get a refund on the rod. Ended up paying an extra $250 just to leave with the fishing rod but we really appreciated Landon for helping us and communicating effectively while we could hear Lori talk crap about us on the employee radio for being a “pain in the behind”. Give Landon a raise out of Loris paycheck! We won’t be placing online orders in the future.

Went there today for some parts for my rifle. 100/10. Got everything that I needed and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on everything that I asked. If you need anything pertaining to firearms or sporting goods and are in Charleston, GO THERE AND NOWHERE ELSE.
