  I don't have anything negative to say about the people that are working at the store, but here's what I do. Got to say they had some items that were on sale but they were out so the website says click to find the nearest store it was 500 miles away. That had the item that I want and there were other stores even further than that that had it. I called and emailed all the way up to corporate to obtain the item but they do not enter ship to the stores nor do they ship to an address if it says unavailable .... 100% need to come up with a better plan that customers. The ones that keep your doors open can obtain on sale items from any store either via ship it to the store or to the customer.... In addition, when the ad comes up that they have clothing I have found time and time again that the clothing that is on sale is sizes not normal like double x you think when you're going in that they're going to have your size and I have not found that yet on any of their sale items... In addition, a lot of the items that are on sale, especially in the camo clothing are still so expensive. They're not worth buying. I can get just as good camo from Cabela's or Walmart for a fraction of the cost. I'm not saying that it's not top of the line but really? So I have given them try after try after try. I just won't shop there anymore. Too expensive and they're sale. Items are gone within a day... So I won't be shopping here anymore

  Do not come to this store. Store manager Hunter does not comply with regulations of law and is rude to customers and employees.

  I went there today to sell a pistol based on information on their website that they buy used pistols. I arrived only to be told that the manager was "too busy" to bother with the sale process and that I should have called first. No where on the website does it say to do that. Based on this experience, I will never set foot in this store again or recommend it to any of my friends.

  I placed this order for my dog about three weeks ago. Next week will be four weeks to be exact. Not only have I not gotten any updates as far as this is concerned, but when I originally went in the store to purchase this in the store, it said they had them in stock based on their website. I spoke with two different employees that worked here at the North Charleston Tanger location and they couldn’t find any in the back or any in the store for that matter at all. Here we are three weeks later after I placed my online order with no updates and I called the store and according to their computer system, it said they have seven in stock since they just got a truck in so I told them that if they could, I would call back in about 30 minutes to see if they had any and I would come get it tonight here we are 30 minutes later after speaking with them and they said there’s not one single toy on the truck. Needless to say, I ordered this for my dog’s Christmas to many this isn’t a big deal to me it is. I will not be doing any more shopping at the store ever again and to be honest I don’t even know how they stay in business. Very highly disappointed with this business.

  I visited Sportsman Warehouse to sell or trade four used firearms. The store had a steady flow of customers, but it was not overly busy. After confirming the firearms were cleared, I was asked to wait while they completed the appraisal. After waiting for over an hour, I asked for a status update and was simply told they were busy, with no estimate or communication provided. The lack of transparency and urgency was extremely frustrating. The staff was slow and came across as dismissive and rude. I ultimately left without completing the transaction. I will not be returning, and I’ll be purchasing my next firearm elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
