- BABarbara AndrewsFeb 6, 20265.0We visited the King Street location during the winter storm on February 1, 2026. Many shops were shut down due to the weather, so we were thrilled that Rag & Bone was open. The shop is very clean and well appointed. But that was not what made our experience, it was two exceptional employees. Sofie and Abigail were delightful. I was there with adult daughters and we felt pampered with their individualized care. We all left with classic “treats “ in the way of loafers and sling back stilettos. I always appreciate the quality and style Rag & Bone offers and now I appreciate the quality of their employees. It was an exceptional experience on a bit of a dreary day. I would like give a shout out to Sofie and Abigail, thank you ladies!
- JJJillNov 23, 20251.0Do not order online from Rag & Bone. They delay their orders when sending anything out. I don’t know what their problem is?? But it takes 3++ weeks to get an order shipped. If they are that busy and can’t fulfill orders on time then they need to hire more people. They can charge exorbitant amount of money for their clothes but they can’t ship their merchandise to their customers in a reasonable amount of time. Rag & Bone is way over priced to begin with so you would think with the amount of money customers are paying for their clothes they could at least ship their merchandise in a timely fashion. I will never order anything from Rag & Bone. And you shouldn’t either unless you like waiting over 3 weeks for your order to be delivered.

- AAAAug 18, 20241.0Female sales associate came over and kept staring at me as I (black) browsed. It felt so uncomfortable my father and I just chose to leave. The white family that came in after was left to their own devices, unlike us. Any sales associate reading, it's obvious that you're monitoring us and it's incredibly discouraging. Along with the stark quality decline of their clothing, I won't be frequenting this brand again.
