  As an LV lover and customer, I was strongly disappointed in this store experience. I needed help with a repair, and it was clear to me that employees were annoyed and not interested in conversing with me because they believed I was not making a purchase. I was never offered to look at merchandise, never asked any questions. I have worked in luxury sales and that is not how a customer should be treated, especially in a location like this. I won't be returning for my next purchase.

  Extremely rude and condescending employee made for a bad experience. This is unfortunately a common theme in many LV stores, and this store is no exception. Customer service skills were nonexistent and we were treated as if we had no value.

  My sales person was great. I will not reveal her name on here. But she did fail on a few things. The champagne experience is something she should’ve offered. I completely forgot till after the sale. But my biggest complaint is that I paid $5000 for a purse!! Which I’m absolutely not complaining about because I love it!! But it beeps everywhere I go, which is absolutely embarrassing!!! Their response was…. bring it back and will demagnetize it for you. You would be thinking for that amount of money they would be spot on every single time and no I don’t live in Charleston. It’s not that easy for me to get back there. I also don’t like the fact that the purses don’t get wrapped in front of you. You should know what’s going in those boxes sealed up with a bow and put into a bag. Your sales person should not say I’ll be right back disappear and hand you a bag.
