I was having a zipper pull replaced that came over after owning the bag a couple of weeks. I drove all the way to Charleston to pick it back up. Got home and opened the bag- not replaced. Nothing done apparently. Wasted trip.

I have always dreamed of owning a Louis Vuitton bag and for my 40th birthday my incredible parents made my dream come true. The store is a 2 min walk from the downtown public parking garage and immediately we were welcomed by a smiling ALEXA when we arrived. Please ask for her by name, as she is absolutely the most genuine and sweetest client advisor you could ask for! She turned my birthday purchase into an experience of a lifetime. She took the time and put effort into showing me many bags and accessories. There was never pressure to purchase. It was absolutely a dream and I will always recommend ALEXA and this Louis Vuitton location to anyone! Thank you again!
