  Extremely rude and condescending employee made for a bad experience. This is unfortunately a common theme in many LV stores, and this store is no exception. Customer service skills were nonexistent and we were treated as if we had no value.

  My sales person was great. I will not reveal her name on here. But she did fail on a few things. The champagne experience is something she should’ve offered. I completely forgot till after the sale. But my biggest complaint is that I paid $5000 for a purse!! Which I’m absolutely not complaining about because I love it!! But it beeps everywhere I go, which is absolutely embarrassing!!! Their response was…. bring it back and will demagnetize it for you. You would be thinking for that amount of money they would be spot on every single time and no I don’t live in Charleston. It’s not that easy for me to get back there. I also don’t like the fact that the purses don’t get wrapped in front of you. You should know what’s going in those boxes sealed up with a bow and put into a bag. Your sales person should not say I’ll be right back disappear and hand you a bag.

  Quick and easy. Went in for a couple things and didn’t even have to move an inch. Everything brought straight to me, left with more than I had planned!!

But service and selection may fluctuate depending on timing. If you go, visiting during less busy hours and perhaps asking for a known associate may give you the best shot at a smooth, satisfying experience.
