  Rude staff and unfriendly environment. Was attempting to buy some items for Christmas gifts during the Black Friday shopping holiday and was ignored by the staff. Took my business somewhere else and they most definitely appreciated the business. This place has been going downhill from talking with another guest outside the store.

  Gorjana is a fabulous store on King. I was walking by and saw a few interesting pieces so I went inside and worked with Jordan on a birthday gift for my much better half. Picked out a beautiful gold necklace with an Opel pendant for October and maybe a slight nod to Taylor Swift. The store has a very good selection of all price points. Jordan was helpful and kind. I will definitely return for the next gift.

  Very disappointed… I walked into Gorjana to have a piece replaced and was helped throughout that process. However, when it came to my shopping experience, I was very disappointed. Other people were being helped but I received no help as I was looking to purchase a couple of pieces. Help was offered once I moved on to the more expensive side of the store and even then, it wasn’t very helpful. I walked out without any new pieces added to my Gorjana collection feeling very disappointed.

  so bought a bracelet here for my birthday last december. the bracelet came broken which i didn’t notice and wouldn’t clasp. they replaced and here comes the problems!!!! I went in to get my bracelet that they replaced and the associate was acting like i was lying about the bracelet replacement. whatever at that point. i came back this friday and they were so rude. they ignored me. made me feel unwelcome. no one said hi or hello. i was in there for some time and no one asked me anything. i was trying to look at rings android you not the employee was stepping in front of me and pushing me out of the way. i suggest yall look into your employees. i had 4 gifts to buy that day and no one wanted to help me. i will not be returning not to mention im a local lol!! I’m not some rude tourist!! Hope that helps anyone who wants to go there. you will be ignored and made to feel unwelcome.

  I was contacted by Anna, the Charleston branch manager who worked to resolve an issue I had with my order. She called and emailed multiple times to keep me updated. Thanks again.
