- LDL DDec 19, 20241.0Ran into an issue with an online order that had been delivered and the rudeness of the manager was completely bewildering, I haven't dealt with anyone in customer service as rude as her. She showed absolutely no care and obviously didn't care about the reputation of the business in which she works. The manager shouldn't be in management and should definitely not deal with customers and the public. This was my first experience with Edible Arrangements and this location, and I will never again us this location nor suggest them to anyone. I would rather drive to Goose Creek and use that location and deliver myself than deal with the rudeness of this store and their manager. I suggest everyone else do the same!

I was not able to pick up my order at the designated location due to complications on my end and Tim was patient and understanding and was able to go above and beyond to deliver my valentines edibles that was sent by my wonderful husband. I haven't seen services like this in a very long time and felt very special and appreciated. Thanks again Tim and the rest of the Edible Arrangement team and staffing for approving my day ten folds! 100/5 ⭐
