The clerk verified my name, home address, & email. I was given a receipt. As of 3/28 I had not received the dress so I called the store & was told they could not assist me & to call Belk Customer Service. Please note I live 2 hours away from the store or I would have just stopped back in. After multiple phone calls over many days no resolution was found except for them to advise me to dispute it with my credit card which I now have done. I did tell customer service that apparently they are fine with stealing from customers because if I had put the dress in my purse they would have hunted me down. So be vigilant if you EVER order from a register. It might just be worth the shipping fee from these crooks.
