    White lady was watching me the entire time and followed me in the store. Soon as I left she came from where I was at and followed me almost out the door. She had a pink shirt on with glasses. I almost said something next time this happens I’ll get her boss involved.

    I guess this store only helps the customers they feel like helping, because the energy changes depending on who walks through the door. If you enjoy being ignored while the staff chats with each other, this is your spot. The customer service is consistently disappointing. The way they treat customers feels very inconsistent — some people get attention immediately, while others are ignored like they aren’t even there. I’ve given them more than one chance, and every visit has left the same impression: unprofessional, unwelcoming, and not a place that values all customers equally. I won’t be returning until a change is addressed

    I always pop in here for basic things I need around the house and usually the staff is very helpful but today was the first time I encountered the store manager. We found a group of baskets with no price tags on it. Cecelia (the employee at the register) explained to us that they are not priced together but separately and that they needed to find the prices. The employee behind her was persistent on that fact which was fine, it wasn’t a big deal that they were sold separately. We were surprised because of how they were stacked together but we weren’t making it a problem. Cecelia noticed they weren’t priced at all though and went to find similar baskets by the same brand in order to use those price tags but then two baskets of different sizes had the same price. At this point, she asked her manager for help but her manager wouldn’t come over, just spoke across the store and told her if there is no price tag then they cant sell it. She then proceeded to try and embarrass her employee by blaming her for not tagging the baskets properly but it wasn’t her that even tagged the items. Seems like she was trying to avoid any responsibility. Even if the employee did make the mistake of not tagging them, it’s her manager’s responsibility to make sure the job was done correctly and then handle to situation to try and fix the problem but overall MAKE A SALE. Instead she refused to help. Instead, Cecelia tried to tag them for us so we can price check them later and tried her best to make a sale! She handled the situation with grace and appropriate customer service. She acted like a manager! As someone who worked 8 years in retail, 3 years as a store manager , I would make her a manager because the manager now is clearly not trying to make profit for the store and doesn’t not respect her employees. If that’s what we saw as customers, I could only imagine how the manager acts towards them on a daily basis.
