- JSJohn SmithJan 2, 20261.0Received a polo shirt for Christmas. It was a size too small. All tags and stickers on it as originally sold. Went in to the store to exchange for a larger size. Because I did not have a receipt they would do absolutely nothing for me. Now I’m stuck with a $90 shirt I can’t wear. Terrible customer service!!

- NFNancy FurmanDec 17, 20251.0I just had a terrible experience at your outlet store in Pooler GA. The “manager” Zachariah refused to sell me something. I was trying to purchase 2 zipper hoodies. First I asked if they were 40% and he snapped that he would need to scan them. I should have guessed at that point that he was having a bad day. I accidentally grabbed one of them in the wrong size. I told him I would run over and grab the right one but he kept telling me he had someone getting it. When I again said I could run over and get it he said maybe he couldn’t find the size I was looking for. I told him I would take another color at this point and again offered to go grab it. He again snapped that the kid was bringing one. At that point I said fine but if he does bring another color I was going to be pissed because I knew they had one and I could have gotten it quicker. I also said I was getting impatient since my husband was waiting for me. As the associate finally showed up the clerk said he was now refusing the sale. I told him I would just send my husband in for them at which time he told me he would refuse to sell them to him as well. I’m good now, I won’t be back there and I won’t be purchasing anything from Polo period. Congratulations you have lost a good customer for good.
