I was already a big supporter of Vans—this teacher lives in these comfy shoes while teaching—but after this experience, I’m a loyal customer for life. The employees went above and beyond to help me. They searched in the back twice for a specific shoe size and design I was hoping to find. On top of that, they saved the day by finding my key fob that had fallen off my key ring. Not only did they call to let me know they found it, but they also shipped it back to me! Alli even followed up with a text including the tracking number and shipping details. Customer service like this is rare, and it's why this store will always have my business every time we come back on vacation. Thank you again to the awesome staff—you’ve absolutely earned my return!
