The last few times I have been in this store, the customer service was very good. But today is the reason I leave this review. I walked in with my baby strapped to the front of me. I was not greeted when I walked in. I went to the front counter because I had an online order to pick up. The girl behind the counter was waiting on someone, so I waited. The other customer walked away, and I waited for the cashier to greet me. She automatically got on her cellphone and never looked up. I walked over to her and had to greet her. She looked at me blankly and barely said anything. No customer service skills at all, and when did it become okay to be on your phone at work, definitely not with waiting customers. She did get my online order from the back, and it went smoothly, but I am very disappointed with her customer service skills. No smiles, no thank you, or even a simple hello.
