She was amazing during my experience Christmas shopping two weeks prior to Christmas. Long story short I tried on pair of boots I could not live without but were way too expensive unless I went with the promotion of buying two more at full price which I just wouldn't do. Tracy realizing I really wanted them but was about to put them back she had me come to the register where she worked her magic. She applied a generous discount which made my day! She said she was given this privilege when the right circumstance presents itself so she would not be in any trouble. Thank you Tracy and the Store Manager that allows them to take care of customers! I will continue to shop here and more often as I will think of Belk's first after this experience. :)
