They made the process smooth and easy being we are in another state and not going to see it in person before we bought it. They sent me photos and videos of the watch and had constant easy communication. They even were able to size it to my husband’s wrist before sending it using his wrist measurements. It arrived and is beautiful and fits perfectly! I am so happy! Top notch service!!
