  I’ve had an outstanding experience working with Baylor at Floyd & Green. Purchasing a Rolex is always a special experience, but Baylor truly went above and beyond and made mine unforgettable. For my fortieth birthday, Baylor personally called me to let me know she had a special Rolex available. That call and the experience that followed made my milestone birthday truly special. From start to finish, she was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Baylor is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients and the experience they have when purchasing such an important piece. What really stands out is how Baylor makes the entire process feel personal. She takes the time to ensure everything is perfect and that the experience matches the significance of the watch itself.   I went to Floyd and Green to have my wife's ring repaired and her Franny's ring made into diamond studs. I knew I was in good hands because they were the only people to not scoff at me when I told them 9 years ago what my engagement ring budget was. So coming back to Flod and Green was a no brained. Baylor, however, managed to make the experience even better. She was informative and patient, helping guide me to what best to do with the jewelry I brought in. Thank you very much Baylor for all your help in making this Christmas magical for the person I care about most!
