The Owners of this store are the most unethical, rude, unprofessional and downright dishonorable people I have ever met. They should NOT own a business. I placed an order of $190 for flowers and chocolate to be delivered to my wife, but she never received them. I went to the store to inquire at 7PM and to cancel my order since I picked up flowers and chocolate on my way back from work, and they told me that they cannot cancel my order and that I need to call corporate to cancel. I told them to call corporate themselves since I didn’t place the order with “corporate”, and they told me that they can’t help me. Again, I asked them to cancel my order, and then the owner (a short and extremely rude Indian lady) asked me in the most derogatory tones, “how much money is it anyway?”. I was in utter shock and couldn’t even believe a business owner could talk like this. At this point I was beyond furious, and I asked again to cancel, and she then wrote down my order # on a piece of paper and said she will cancel “at night”. I asked for her to cancel the order immediately or face legal ramifications, and the lady owner then called her son (who had also lied to me twice earlier giving me some random phone number claiming it was corporates phone number, and also stating that he couldn’t cancel my order), he cancelled my order immediately. I will spread the word in the Rhode Island/MA area of this extremely unprofessional location. Worst experience in my history of buying anything. They should not be in any kind of business. Please DO NOT PLACE any orders at this store, WE SHOULD PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.
