  Very disappointing. I came into the store with my wife to shop. As my wife went into the baby section and I went into the men’s section a white lady who works there proceeded to follow me in every section I was in mind you when I first came into the store she was on the other side then she started following me acting like she was putting stuff back like I didn’t see her following me every time I would leave a different part of the store to look for some items she would be there to hello I’m shopping with my wife what do I look like trying to steal something especially coming into the store with a cane as well! I’m so sick of being racially profiled every time I come into the store not every black person steals! So stop following me acting like your doing work when you just trying to see if I’m going to steal something I have a job just like the employee who kept following me and work hard as well no need to steal what I work hard for!

  I only went to return an online order, the associate was a bit unfriendly, I ordered two vests in the same size as one I got before, I assumed it would fit so I removed one tag, no damage, nothing was worn and the tag was there I understand that it's policy about the tag, but she could have been a little more pleasant, I returned the vests and might have shopped but her unpleasantness changed my mind, I still don't understand why the exact item in the exact size didn't fit because I loved the black one I purchased previously

  I have a love/hate relationship with JC Penney stores. They sell some good quality products, but their regular retail prices are laughable. So, I wait for sales and seasonal clearance prices. Then I get crazy deals on great clothing. Oh, and I despise constantly being asked if I want to open a JC Penney credit card account. No thank you! So, shop during sales and save money. But don't pay regular prices.
