I only went to return an online order, the associate was a bit unfriendly, I ordered two vests in the same size as one I got before, I assumed it would fit so I removed one tag, no damage, nothing was worn and the tag was there I understand that it's policy about the tag, but she could have been a little more pleasant, I returned the vests and might have shopped but her unpleasantness changed my mind, I still don't understand why the exact item in the exact size didn't fit because I loved the black one I purchased previously

I made an appointment but they didn’t want to keep it. They were sitting around waiting and none of them felt like doing my hair even though I made an appointment in advance. They don’t even apologize or seem to feel bad.
