Review for Windsor – Warwick Mall

I wanted to share my experience at this location. The day before Thanksgiving, I purchased a dress but unfortunately didn’t get the chance to wear it, so I planned on returning it. When I walked in today, I was greeted by the same woman who checked me out on Thanksgiving Eve, and she was just as sweet and kind as I remembered.(Tiana)
However, my experience with the woman at the register was the complete opposite. She didn’t smile, didn’t greet me, and didn’t even ask what I needed help with. When I said I wanted to make a return, she sighed loudly and gave me an annoyed look. After examining the dress, she looked at me and said, “I’m not taking this back,” with attitude. When I asked why, she claimed it looked like I wore it. I explained that it had been sitting in my car since I bought it and I never even got the chance to put it on.
She then said, “You can’t prove you didn’t wear it, so I’m not helping you,” and refused the return altogether.
As someone who works in customer service, this was unacceptable and honestly disheartening. I understand policies, but the lack of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy made the entire situation disappointing.

Amanda, the store manager at the Warwick Mall location is a true asset to your company! She is genuine, honest, and so helpful in picking out outfits that are suitable for specific occasions!
Her professionalism goesabove and beyond with patience to help her customers pick out outfits And even helps Ordr items that are not available in the store

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the customer service I received at your Providence Place Mall and Warwick Mall locations. Unfortunately, my experience at both stores was extremely unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from a reputable brand like Windsor.
At both locations, the sales associates displayed unprofessional behavior and negative attitudes. Instead of being greeted with courtesy or assistance, I encountered rudeness, lack of interest, and dismissive attitudes from the staff. It felt as though customers were seen as an inconvenience rather than valued clients.
In addition, no one offered help with sizing or styling, and when I approached employees with questions, they barely made eye contact and gave curt, unhelpful responses. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which completely ruined my shopping experience.
I visit Windsor regularly and have always loved your clothing and brand, but this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly believe your team at both locations would benefit from customer service training focused on respect, professionalism, and attentiveness toward shoppers.
I hope that this message encourages management to address these issues seriously so that future customers do not go through the same experience.

If i could leave no stars i would on
Service alone. The girl that works there that has orange hair is beyond rude. She is incapable of being asked any question about any of the merchandise because she just can’t be bothered. Customers just annoy her 🤷🏻♀️

Clothes is pretty nice, a lot of cute outfits but costumer service is bad, the one that it look it was on charge has bad attitude and don’t not how to treat costumers. Should learn some costumer service skills and good manners. And make a sample because the others girls are learning from her too !!!
