She was knowledgeable, friendly, and fantastic to work with. Sarah, just from seeing a picture of my girlfriend, made her the perfect Christmas set. Sock, PJs, sweater, the whole nine yards. The store has a great team, friendly atmosphere, and exceptional prices. I will definitely be shopping there again and can’t recommend them enough

I had bought something at a department store nearby but was not satisfied with the price and quality. Laurie and Justin were very helpful at J Crew Factory. They listened as I explained what I wanted. They helped me pick out a jacket, pants and top that met my needs, I felt confident in the pieces and the quality and price of the garmets. I also found two sweaters for Fall. Laurie and Justin took their time with me, offered to help me order any pieces not in stock and were a pleasure. I look forward to going back in a few weeks to look for some more sweaters. I highly recommend stopping into this store for an excellent selection of quality clothing, reasonable prices and amazing customer service from Laurie and Justin. Happy shopping!
