I was told I couldn’t exchange or return the jacket because I did not have the tag (which an employee cut off upon purchasing it) even though I had the receipt. After a few minutes of browsing Guillermo got me right and allowed me to exchange the jacket without an issue. This is not the first encounter I’ve had with an entitled employee at this location. Very disappointing.
