I did research on some family owned jewelers and stumbled upon Baxter’s. I decided to head there, and the moment I walked in I was blown away! The environment and overall vibe was extremely comforting - completely different from any jewelry store I had been to. I was greeted by a friendly associate who lead me in the direction of the engagement rings. That same associate gave me some time to browse, pointed me in the right direction, and sent someone over very shortly after to assist me. For me, this was the best approach because it allowed me to browse without pressure, and was instantly assisted when needed! Janina was the associate who answered all of my questions, showed me a bunch of ring options, and helped me feel confident in my decision. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. I truly appreciated her attentiveness and ability to guide me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing that same day! If you are in the market for an engagement ring or any type of jewelry - do yourself a favor and make a trip to Baxter’s! I’m so happy that I did!
