  I brought my sister to buy a prom dress she saw online. When we we entered the store (me, her and her friend) were greeted by the person who was wearing a tank top and had a Mohawk hair style and folding clothes. We asked for help a few minutes later just to reach one dress on a top shelf and were very appreciative when they got it for us, and then we went to a fitting room. My sister tried them on while I waited outside. Then when people would walk by I would have to move to let them past while waiting for her, some people even laughed about the tight space with us and complimented my sisters dress, who was crying since our mom has passed away and it was an emotional day. We took a few pictures in the mirror (directly at the entrance of the fitting area) where only a few more people came in, and not any while we we took a pic of the dres. While she got dressed I went to browse the shoes and bags for her, and I hear the same person in the tank top and mullet very loudly/almost yelling across the store, speaking to a coworker saying “it’s common sense if someone is coming to move out the way” with very exasperated hand movements. Since this person was so loud I looked over and saw it was the employee and he looked back at me the immediacy went back to the coworker he was speaking to. It was very obviously about us, but I really don’t know why because the set up of the dressing room is small and also nobody even said excuse me if we had been in a bad spot. A few were even very kind. We checked out and since I had the been paying attention to the employee noticed we were the only people they did not say goodbye or have a nice day too as we were leaving. I understand having kids come to play with dresses is frustrating, but I’m a 30year old woman who brought her grieving sister to a store for prom, tried on two dresses, and left in 30 minutes. Super disappointed by this experience, I’ve never actually left a review like this but I couldn’t stop thinking of the experience and how I wish I had put the stress back and gone somewhere else but my sister would’ve been upset. I read another poor review about this person, they need to work on customer service and professionalism.

  Incredibly rude staff, I work in service as well and it’s insane how rude they were here. Tried to get our clothes off the top shelf and was scolded for trying to literally shop at the store.

  I’m writing in regards to my experience today. I’ve shopped at the store before and always have appreciated the customer service along with the neat store. Though today, I was there just browsing around since I would need a couple holiday outfits soon and I heard one of the employees who had a mullet like haircut sound very rude to his coworkers which left a distasteful feeling with me. Perhaps he needs to be trained a bit more on customer service. I know though from past experiences the store is amazing which is why it is disappointing to have to write this review.

  I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the customer service I received at your Providence Place Mall and Warwick Mall locations. Unfortunately, my experience at both stores was extremely unpleasant and far below the standards I expect from a reputable brand like Windsor. At both locations, the sales associates displayed unprofessional behavior and negative attitudes. Instead of being greeted with courtesy or assistance, I encountered rudeness, lack of interest, and dismissive attitudes from the staff. It felt as though customers were seen as an inconvenience rather than valued clients. In addition, no one offered help with sizing or styling, and when I approached employees with questions, they barely made eye contact and gave curt, unhelpful responses. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming and uncomfortable, which completely ruined my shopping experience. I visit Windsor regularly and have always loved your clothing and brand, but this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly believe your team at both locations would benefit from customer service training focused on respect, professionalism, and attentiveness toward shoppers. I hope that this message encourages management to address these issues seriously so that future customers do not go through the same experience.
