  Nicest store associates I’ve ever encountered. All three greeted me and bid me goodbye have a nice day. The girl at the register was really nice and had nice little conversation with her.

  The staff is fantastic. They made our bride to be feel so special. Truly was a great experience. Especially from a retailer that’s so big. The staff here makes this feel so homey compared to other Lululemon retailers. Truly we have never ever felt so love by a staff. We did not expect to be crying tears of joy in lululemon. Thank you for making our best friend feel so special.

  Just left the store and I’m very disappointed in the substandard customer service I experienced. For someone who has been an advocate for the brand for years, someone who at times spent the little cash I had on the brand, someone who has convinced friends to appreciate the brand as much as I do, I am hurt by the condescending tone that was used towards me. Not sure if they heard my non native accent and realized they can act “superior” towards me or what, but I’m utterly disappointed. I had bought an item online and wanted to exchange it for a different color. But apparently because I had worn it once (only to try it on) and removed the tag, “there is nothing [they] can do about it”; and of course they dismissed my request to consider the fact that I live very far from the closest store and that I went out of my way to come to the store by referring me to their policy. Again in a condescending tone. I hope this behavior is addressed as I wouldn’t want one bad experience to deter me from the brand I have loved for so long.

  The staff were super patient, friendly, and helpful in helping me choose the right size and right category. They also have the option to have you order from website if they don't have the color/size. I ended up choosing to order from website myself but was super impressive with how welcoming and knowledgeable the staff are! It's really nice that we have a Lululemon store in town!!
