  LL Bean consistently provides quality clothing. The cotton shirts are soft and durable. Floor sales assistant helpful and knowledgeable.

  Love this store! The selection is good for a smaller store. Em was incredible with assisting me during my return for an item ordered online.

  I’m extremely disappointed with LL Bean. The company that used to be known for quality and standing behind their products clearly no longer lives up to that reputation. Their customer service is terrible—unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. They refused to honor their warranty on an item that failed under normal use, despite clear defects. On top of that, the quality of their products has gone downhill significantly. What I received felt cheap and poorly made, nothing like the durable gear LL Bean advertises. For the high prices they charge, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend LL Bean to anyone expecting reliability or integrity. Edit: then they give this copy and paste response to everything the only this this liberal company knows how to make correctly is the dam tote bag.

  Ordered an item online for store pickup bc it was in stock in the store. Drove an hour to pick it up to find it not there and the person artiste pickup desk in Cranston on Sat Dec 20 was completely insincere and condescending when “ apologizing” beware of pick up orders- call ahead

  Es una tienda genial. Tienen de todo para el invierno. Sus productos son muy buenos. La presentación fantástica. La atención del personal 100% U.S.A. 😍🇺🇲. Compramos varias botas aquella vez, calcetines para el frio. Y otras prendas. Use mi bota L.L. Beann TEK 2.5, made in Vietnam, en varios lugares en EEUU. Las Suelas muy duraderas. El cuero impecable. Los materiales textiles 100% nuevos después de muchos años. Las trenzas impecables. Las piezas metálicas y las costuras 100% como nuevas después de muchos años. Eran la joya Americana en mis manos. 😍❤️🇱🇷😎. Un día Las guarde 1 año. Y cuando las use hace 1 mes, oh sorpresa el frontal de la bota se partió como galleta. Sé que los zapatos no son eternos. Se que se despegan al tiempo. Pero no me lo esperaba💔🇺🇲. De igual modo muy contento mientras duró. Gracias
