  called ahead to sell my 24k gold bars they confirmed they purchase gold in assay. Went and there wasn't a gold buyer so called again the following week confirmed they are still buying gold bars in Assay made sure gold buyer was available i arrived was sat down in an office made to wait forever they didnt test my gold the lady came back and just said the owner doesn't want to buy my gold no explanation just is going to pass. What a waste of time!! have the courtesy to tell me on the phone that you dont want to buy why play games have me travel after calling to confirm.

  This review is so long overdue! I destroyed the crystal on my GMT Master II. I was recommended to Providence Diamond by my friend Jon. I went in, no communication of my referral, and had an incredible experience. As a business owner it’s always amazing to go somewhere and experience the customer experience that you want your own customers to experience….that was exactly what I experienced at Providence Diamond. The entire team walked me through what needed to be done and what the timeline would possibly be for the repair. The explanation was very detailed. What would be done locally on the inspection process as well as having to send my watch out of country to bring it back to like new.. I was so blown away with my experience I bought a Certified watch and put my name on an incoming watch I have wanted for so many years. Thank you to the entire team of Providence Diamond for the ultimate customer experience! I have already recommended friends and family to your organization. Keep doing everything you are doing!   Stopped in yesterday and was met by Tien and then was able to speak with Alix Zuckerman. Alix remembered me from past meetings, and having my Submariner repaired from an accident over 18 months ago where the sapphire crystal needed replacing and a complete service of the time piece. Explained to Alix, that have been on a waiting list for years for a specific Rolex timepiece. She explained quite gracefully on how the process works and to be patient. Her professionalism was extraordinary and presented me with a small token making my experience very special. Thank You Ms. Alix Zuckerman you made me feel special and seen. :-)

  I recently visited Providence Diamond for the first time while looking to purchase my very first Rolex, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, Tien went above and beyond to make the process enjoyable and stress free. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Taking the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the details of different models. What really stood out was how genuine and welcoming Tien was. He didn’t just help me with my Rolex search, but also showed me other timepieces and jewelry pieces that I’m now considering for future purchases. His professionalism, expertise, and personable approach made the entire visit exceptional. If you’re looking for a jeweler who truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend Providence Diamond and definitely ask for Tien. I look forward to working with him in the future. With the customer service provided it makes driving the hour and a half from where I live to the store worth it.
