Was considering leaving a 2nd watch for service but level of professionalism was very poor so I felt better just cutting my loss and not leaving a 2nd watch for service. Overall my experience was of someone being very looked down upon and unappreciated and based on $ spent felt as though I was a burden to the store and not an asset. Certain employees need to be more focused on the client in front of them and not rushing to get to the client that has not walked into the store yet. Very disappointed and honestly this was a bad experience for me.

Walter came over as soon as I came in to see if he could help with anything. We talked about some Rolex’s I’ve been in interested in and I also asked to see some of the Tudors. Walter went over every watch I was interested in and throughly explained the history and functions of all the watches. They didn’t have the color I was really wanted but he said they should be getting one in before the end of the year. He said they would call when it came in. The following day to my surprise Walter called the next day to let me know the watch came in. The following evening I showed up to see the watch. Walter had the watch ready to show me and I decided to purchase it. The whole experience was great and everyone there was very nice. Walter was very knowledgeable on all aspects of all the watches we looked at. I would highly recommended Providence Diamond for any jewelry purchases.
