  I've bought a few watches from these guys now and have always dealt with Walter. Walter has always been great to deal with and is very knowledgeable. You feel welcomed when you walk on and there is never any buying pressure. They've become my go to certainly for any watches I am interested in they are authorized dealer for. Highly recommended!

  Went to Providence Diamond with my brother to “help” him go watch shopping. But after having a genuine conversation about watches and learning more information than I could imagine from a gentleman named Walter about Grand Seiko I fell in love with the brand and suddenly without realizing I became the one shopping for a watch. I came back around 2 weeks later with my girlfriend with intentions of doing a process of elimination for my first luxury watch. After meeting with and speaking to a gentleman named Josh and with Walter again they helped me decide on the Grand Seiko SBGJ249 GMT aka “The Shōsho” after looking at dozens of watches and being taught about them. Even though they swayed me in the decision of finding the right watch for what I was looking for I felt zero pressure from the staff to make a decision. They managed to do their job excellently with zero pressure on the customer and at no point did I feel like I was being tricked or lied to. In fact it felt like I had just made two friends who I share a hobby with. They were both perfectly capable of answering any question I threw their way, no matter how simple or complex all while being polite and beyond patient. The next weekend when I came to buy the watch they were able to make the purchasing process smooth and painless. Josh was very happy that I found the watch for me and was very kind to me and my girlfriend the entire time. As a young customer (23 M) being taken seriously in a store that professional is something I look for and want. Providence Diamond made the experience very comforting and welcoming that it was unexpected if I’m being honest, so having that experience meant the most to me. I would happily do business with Josh, Walter, and the rest of the staff/company again! I could not recommend this group enough!

  Great experience working with Alix—she took the time to talk through watches with me and helped determine which one was best suited for my needs. She’s always willing to take the time, never feeling rushed and make the process enjoyable.
