- EEEvieNov 15, 20255.0I had a phenomenal experience at Madewell in Cranston! Paige welcomed me into the store, asked me what I was looking for, and ended up recommending the perfect style of jeans for me! She and Gina both kindly picked out my size in a few different washes and styles, and I got to try out a bunch of options. I am 5’1 so finding jeans that are available in petite sizes is a blessing. I did end up buying the vintage flare crop, which fit me like a classic pair of jeans, rather than above the ankle, and I love them! Gina was especially helpful in helping me determine which size to buy and explained how the jeans would let out slightly as I wear them, so I ended up choosing the smaller size, and I’m very glad that I did! The entire experience was really lovely, and they were both so friendly and kind. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, but they introduced me to my new favorite pair of jeans and I will certainly be returning to Madewell on my next trip to Garden City Center ❤️ Thank you Gina and Paige!

I have recently been wanting to update my wardrobe and decided to use Madewell as launching spot. The quality is the best but the staff there is amazing. They will take the time to help you put together an outfit and grab things for you as you try things on. Highly recommend.

When I get to the store, they had not only set up a dressing room for me but also pulled EVERY SINGLE PAIR OF SHORTS. All of the girls working were very eager to help out, and it made me feel very welcomed. I didn’t feel as if I was bothering them in any manner! I would highly recommend shopping in person solely for the experience — they love to style you and check sizes for anything you’d like!

Courtney helped me from start to finish to with my shopping experience. I never felt rushed or judged she gave great advice. I felt like I was shopping with a friend the whole time! This experience made me feel as though I already had an 1:1 appointment set, with undivided attention with the store manager. It felt more like a personal service than a shopping experience. I felt so well taken care of I wanted to tip her at the end😂. I truly felt like I was shopping with a friend! This experience truly made me feel beautiful. I love my jeans, I love Madewell. I ended up with two pairs of Jeans and a sweet top that was on sale. Madewell was also nice enough to give me a Military Discount of 15%. Then Honor offered me $20 for my jeans I was wearing. Sold.
