  I love aerie’s seamless underwear so much here but the staff is rude and make customers feel unwelcome during hours close to close. There is a better way to inform guests that you will be closing soon, and encouraging each other to not let customers in and saying you don’t care if people feel a way out loud (in front of the customers that are already there shopping) makes us want to never return. Approaching the check out, I greeted one of the cashiers with a “hi, how are you?” And she responded rudely with “what’s your phone number” and lack of attention and dismissiveness. I understand wanting to close, but there’s a fine line between closing in a timely manner and kicking happy customers to the curb. I’m upset because I was so happy in the beginning of the experience and left feeling stupid for not having put the underwear back and leaving.

  I'm at a loss for words. My pregnant sister came to me in tears because she needed to use the bathroom. Two employees refused to let her use it and suggested faraway places like Starbucks and Ben & Jerry's instead. They didn't seem to care that she was pregnant and that she felt she might not make it in time. It's really disappointing, especially since this is supposed to be a store for women.

  I just waited on a long purchase line to pick up an order, only to be told to go to the fitting room to pick up. I suggested AE note that in the order pick up text. Sympathetic, but 🤷‍♀️ I sought out someone else to ask them to put a sign at the entrance to direct and was told the company doesn’t provide them with anything. 🤷‍♀️ did something, AE. That was a big waste of time and annoyed me so much I posted right outside the store.
