They make sure it all works properly before they leave. I always refer anyone looking for a bounce house etc to these guys. Kid and adult friendly bounce houses.

Plus they noted that these things are indestructible whereas most other rental companies ask if you want to take out insurance for damages occurred. I strongly recommend this company.
